Our
Policies
Amalthea*s Attic strives to bring it*s customers the best possible service and
products and to make their shopping experience a pleasant one.

E-mail
inquiries will be responded to no later than 2-3 business days after they
are received.

We
will make every attempt to complete custom orders within 5-7 weeks from the
time when full payment is received, usually less. If there will be a problem
fulfilling your order within the originally estimated time frame, we will
contact you with an estimated arrival date. Once an order has been placed,
it cannot be cancelled without incurring a 30% materials fee. When you place
your order, we use those funds to immediately order supplies for your falls,
sometimes from overseas (depending on your design request.) Therefore, we
cannot give a full refund on custom falls.

We
will send payment reminder e-mails for two weeks at weekly intervals after
your initial custom order is placed. If we do not receive payment within 7
days after the last reminder is sent, your order will be cancelled.

We
do our best to ship non-custom, in-stock items within 48 hours of
payment. If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will ship the
item the moment stock is replenished, usually in less than two weeks
time. You can always email us to check on an item*s status.

All
synthetic hair, custom clothing, body jewelry, and bath product sales are
final. Due to federal health regulations, and the nature of these products,
we do not accept returns. Depending on the circumstance, we may issue
partial or full refunds for faulty merchandise at our discretion, but
require that the piece is returned to us so that it can be destroyed.

are subject to change without notice.

We
are not responsible for payments or items that are lost in transit, and
recommend you choose to add insurance to your shipping cost.

International
customers: We are not responsible for customs taxes, duties or fees. We are
required to complete customs documentation accurately according to U.S.
regulations.

If
you request a refund and you paid through PayPal, we will refund you your
total amount MINUS the service charges exacted by PayPal. We accept paypal,
checks, and money orders.
