This page is now ONLY for custom falls and double enders that have not been ordered directly from our online store. All other orders can be found from your account.
  
Your order number is your last name and zip code (or postal code for non-US orders.) If you have more than one order pending under the same name, the orders will have an additional number after the zip corresponding to the date on which you placed the orders. 
Click on your shipping date to track your package. Items may take up to 48 hours to show on the tracking site. Click on your order number to see your falls or double ender progress photos, if you have asked for them.
The time frame in parenthesis is how long you can expect to wait for delivery, however shipping times may vary. Usually, they are shorter, but they can run longer if we're very busy, have inclement weather (high heat/humidity slows synthetic orders,) illness strikes, etc! We are human beings, please be patient!


Future Production Notes:
We are currently NOT taking any more orders for custom falls. We will still be adding pre-made falls to the main site. We will announce any future openings for custom orders though the main store's newsletter list. You can get on that list by creating an account in the shop and checking yes on the newsletter option at signup! Please feel free to submit price inquiry requests as we will be basing future pre-made falls on custom requests!
